Delivery Information
We provide delivery to mainland UK addresses via 24 hour courier service. Orders are despatched on Wednesday each week for delivery on Thursday. You need to place your order before 10am on Monday for your order to be included on that week's delivery.
Please ensure that you are home to receive the parcel or that you have left clear instructions on where it should be left.
All orders are packed in a recycled cardboard box with sheep's wool insulation from our own sheep, which regulates the environment and temperature to 3 degrees centigrade or below. The sheep's wool is cleaned and prepared in a local water powered mill. There are a lot of other uses for this product other than insulation... all will be revealed in your pack!
We are able to track all parcels if there is a problem. Tell us straight away by phone.
Orders up to £19.99 have a delivery charge of £8.99p.
Orders between £20 and £39.99 have a delivery charge of £6.99p.
Orders above £50 have FREE DELIVERY!
