What's different about our bacon?
Firstly, we source our bacon from our own herd of truly outdoor reared pigs, and because we rear and process our own pigs, we have complete control over the exceptional quality of our products.
Our bacon is dry cured to a traditional recipe with zero water content to achieve more flavour. We keep the rind on for best taste. Further, because our bacon is hand made rather than mass-produced, it has a better flavour and texture, and we slice it thick so you can really enjoy that meaty flavour.
For our smoked varieties, we smoke the bacon over natural oak wood chip, slowly smouldering for over 2 days in our on-site smoke house, which makes for a natural flavour, with no unnatural additives. Our bacon contains no water and does not produce a white film in your pan!
