Our sausages are delicious! There's something in the range for everyone, including customers who need gluten free sausages.
What's different about our sausages?
For starters, all our pigs are truly outdoor reared and free range, and as we rear and process on one farm we can ensure the high quality of our sausages. Each of our sausage varieties is made from only leg and shoulder meat with no added fat. This gives the sausages a wholesome meaty texture and taste. We only use natural sausage skins rather than synthetic, for that crisp bite.
The result? Great tasting, free range, quality pork sausages with less fat!
