Pork ChipolatasChipolatas are great for breakfast and the kids just love them. They're quick to cook and go with anything.
All our sausages are made from the prime cuts of the pig. We use the shoulders and legs to guarantee a prime meat sausage. We only use natural casings as we think it gives the sausage a crisp bite. All our sausages are made and hung overnight before packing.
These sausages are packed in 12's, approx 400g. and have a shelf life of 6 days.
