These sausages are what we would describe as a traditional breakfast sausage - a good hearty sausage for a great start to the day.
All our sausages are made from the prime cuts of the pig. We use the shoulders and legs to guarantee a prime meat sausage. We only use natural casings as we think it gives the sausage a crisp bite. All our sausages are made and hung overnight before packing.
