All our sausages are made from the prime cuts of the pig. We use the shoulders and legs to guarantee a prime meat sausage. We only use natural casings as we think it gives the sausage a crisp bite. All our sausages are made and hung overnight before packing.
These sausages are packed in 6's, approx 400g. and have a shelf life of 6 days.
